supplementary tool to help new and existing field operators
quickly adapt to job responsibilities ahead of formal Global TOPS
training. It serves as a knowledge aid for self-paced learning and
job preparation.
Access to Learning Resources: Users can conveniently
access curated Global TOPS materials for quick review and
knowledge refreshers. These resources are provided to help bridge
the gap between on-field experience and formal training.
Support for Job Readiness The platform is designed to
assist users in:
Refreshing memory on specific services such as Case Hole and Open
Hole, especially when transitioning between job types.
Generating part numbers for rope sockets accessories, and boots.
Aiding in job mobilization processes. The mobilization section is
yet to be available as it requires critical assessment and
evaluation from the Crew Chief and Engineer
Advisory Nature: This website is not intended to
replace official SLB systems or resources. It is strictly a
guidance tool and should be used in conjunction with instructions
from your Senior Crew Chief or Engineer. Always seek confirmation
for any critical decision-making or procedural step.

ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date,
users are encouraged to verify details through official SLB
channels or consult with senior personnel.
Respect for SLB Policies: All users must ensure that
their use of the site complies with SLB’s corporate policies,
including those related to confidentiality, safety, and
operational standards.
Explore the world of Wireline Field Operators: The
website features a dedicated Gallery Section showcasing real-life
moments of field operators both on the job and at the base —
capturing the essence of teamwork, commitment, and day-to-day
field life.
It’s more than just photos — it’s about celebrating the people
behind the work, giving new and existing operators a sense of
connection, identity, and pride in the SLB wireline journey.
